At Chef Valerie we believe in helping individuals with busy lives eat healthier with ease and convenience. We can prepare high quality food in your home kitchen or delivery pre-packaged meals for delivery to your home or office. Chef Valerie customizes meals for your lifestyle and preferences.

How Personal Chef Services Work

First we asked that you complete the Personal Chef Services questionnaire. This will help Chef Valerie with a needs assessment and understand your dietary needs and preferences along with your lifestyle. If a decision is made to provide in home services, we would then do an in home assessment.

Chef Valerie will complete all shopping and food preparation, in home or off site and have it packaged for the refrigerator or freezer. All meals will be clearly labeled and you will receive easy to follow re-heating instructions.

Cost of Personal Chef Services

Personal Chef Services are quite economical especially when compared to eating out. All menus will be developed based on your budget and will include the following services:

• Personalized Menu Research and Planning
• Grocery Shopping
• Meal Preparation, Packaging, Labeling and Storage
• Kitchen Clean Up for in Home Preparation (if applicable)
• Delivery Fee for Offsite Preparation (if applicable)
• Dry Goods Pantry (herbs, spices, oils, vinegars) for Meals
